Strategic Plan

Following the difficult period of 2020 to 2022 for our community, Municipal Council wanted to elaborate a strategic plan in order to prioritize its projects and to facilitate its decision-making process.  With the financial assistance provided by FedNor, Council was able to complete a strategic planning exercise from September 2023 to January 2024.  The 2024-2028 strategic plan, which you can consult below, was adopted on February 7th, 2024.
